2.1 Information you provide
- Account: name, username, email, phone/WhatsApp number, referral code.
- Profile: avatar/photo (if uploaded), preferences, language.
- Wallet & activity: virtual balance, top-ups, redemptions (where supported), transaction references, receipts/screenshots.
- Support: messages you send us (email/WhatsApp/in-app).
- KYC/verification (if requested): documents or details to verify identity/eligibility where required.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device & app: app version, OS/version, device model, device/advertising IDs, crash logs, diagnostics.
- Usage: screens viewed, taps/clicks, session timestamps, referral/UTM.
- Network & security: IP address, general location (IP-derived), user agent, fraud/abuse signals.
2.3 From third parties
- Service providers: analytics, messaging/notification, hosting or payment partners share limited data to run features.
- Game providers: when you link a third-party BPEXCH Game, we may exchange limited identifiers to connect your wallet and apply entitlements.
3) How we use information
- Operate the App & wallet (accounts, login, balances, top-ups/redemptions, records).
- Connect to third-party games (share minimal identifiers to enable wallet-linked benefits).
- Communications (service notices, OTPs, security alerts, policy updates).
- Optional marketing (promotions via push/email/WhatsApp/SMS with consent; you can opt out).
- Safety & integrity (fraud detection, abuse prevention, disputes).
- Analytics & improvement (aggregate trends, performance).
- Legal compliance (audit/tax records, lawful requests).
Legal bases (where applicable): contract performance, legitimate interests, consent (for certain notifications/marketing), and legal obligations.
4) Virtual wallet & payments
- The wallet represents virtual balance/coins used with third-party BPEXCH Games. It is not a bank account or legal tender.
- For top-ups/redemptions, we store transaction references and required identifiers. Any full card data (if applicable) is handled by payment processors and not stored by us.
- Purchases and gameplay inside third-party games are governed by the game provider.
5) Notifications & messaging
- We store device push tokens (e.g., FCM) to deliver service messages.
- If you provide a WhatsApp number, we may message you for service updates and, with consent, promotions. You can opt out in-app or by contacting support.
6) App permissions
- Camera & Photos/Files: upload receipts or profile images.
- Notifications: receive OTPs, alerts, and updates.
- Network access: connect to our services and game providers.
You can control permissions in your device settings; certain features may require specific permissions to function.
9) International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than where you reside. Where required, we use recognized safeguards (e.g., contractual protections) for international transfers.
10) Retention
- Account & profile: kept while your account is active; deleted or anonymized after closure, subject to legal holds.
- Transactions/records: retained as required by law (often up to 7 years).

The App is intended for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor used the App, contact us to request deletion.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect data (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls). No method is 100% secure; please protect your credentials.
14) Third-party links
Links to external sites or third-party games are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
15) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you via the App or other means. Continued use signifies acceptance of updates.
