Account Deletion Request
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data from BatPro App by submitting the form below or contacting our support team.
Important: BatPro App allows users to create and manage accounts, submit requests, upload supporting information, communicate with support, receive notifications, and access approved features and services available through the app. BatPro App does not provide financial services, process payments, hold user funds, provide banking services, operate as a wallet, or offer investment or trading services.
How to Delete Your Account
To request account deletion, please provide the mobile number or email address linked with your BatPro App account. Our support team may verify account ownership before processing the deletion request.

- Our support team will verify your account ownership where required.
- After verification, your account and eligible personal data will be deleted.
- You will receive confirmation once the deletion request is completed.
Data That May Be Deleted
- Your name and profile information
- Your registered phone number or WhatsApp number
- Your email address
- Your profile photo, if uploaded
- Your submitted request information
- Your uploaded images, screenshots, documents, or files, where deletion is allowed
- Your support messages and tickets, where deletion is allowed
- Your app notification token from our system
- Reserved account-related credentials created for future-access features, where applicable
Data That May Be Retained
Some records may be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, dispute-resolution, backup, or record-keeping purposes where required.
- Security logs related to account access or misuse prevention
- Support records related to disputes, abuse, or security issues
- Basic operational records required for legal, compliance, or security purposes
- Backup copies retained temporarily according to our internal data retention process
Retained data will only be kept for as long as necessary for legitimate legal, security, operational, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.
